Objectives |
To present the industrial, economical and technological issues of the digital imaging domain, through the examples of digital terrestrial TV, interactive HD TV and cultural heritage-related applications (virtual museums, digital heritage enhancement).
To introduce the core concepts for digital image analysis, modelling, indexing, interactivity and protection.
To offer an opening on current R&D and its economic impact in the Information and Communication Society. |
